He brings over ten years of experience across taxation, corporate advisory, and financial consulting, serving sectors including construction, retail, development, telecom, and professional services. His professional journey includes tenure at globally recognized firms such as KPMG, RSM International, and WTS Global, where he delivered direct tax compliance, advisory, litigation, and payroll solutions for both local and international clients. He has also led tax compliance and litigation teams at RiasatIshtiaq& Co (Cost & Management Accountants).

Currently, as CEO of Taxationist Corporate Consultants, Mr. KhuramShahzad oversees the firm’s tax compliance, advisory, and litigation services, ensuring rigorous, risk-aware, and commercially sound solutions for clients.

Sheikh Nouman is an Advocate of the High Court with a strong foundation in legal advocacy, case management, and regulatory compliance. He holds law qualifications from reputable institutions and is an active member of the bar, practicing in Islamabad and working across a range of legal domains including tax litigation, corporate disputes, and compliance matters. Sheikh Nouman has developed expertise in legal research, drafting pleadings and legal documents, and representing client interests with precision and insight before tribunals and regulatory forums. His experience includes managing client consultations, coordinating case files, and supporting complex litigation strategies with a focus on results that uphold legal standards and client objectives. Mr. Usman Ali is an LLB-qualified practicing advocate of the High Court, a member of the Islamabad High Court Bar, and the Rawalpindi Islamabad Tax Bar Association (RITBA).

He brings extensive experience in civil, corporate, and tax litigation, representing clients before Regional Tax Offices (RTOs), Commissioners of Inland Revenue Appeals, the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR), and the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
